The staff was very helpful. We needed breakfast very early because of our flight and they made a very nice plate for us. The location is good - nice to come home from the noisy city and relax.
It could be a good idea if the hotel had some tickets for the trambus for sale

Helen
It had marvellous location, very close to 18 which takes around 8 minutes to walk to the stop, and tourist attractions. It also was that close to the centre.

Cosy hotel in a quiet area
City center is not at a walking distance. Perfect if you have a car though.

Had a fantastic stay at Petrus! The hotel's quiet residential location allowed for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The hotel provided a great starting point for our Auschwitz visit, being conveniently located on the route out of town. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I stayed 1 day at Petrus, even if I reserved the double room. They give the standard of 2 bed not a double bed. even, the bed was terrible.

very clean and modern. not air conditonned (hot in summer) but very confortable.
the distance from the Krakow center: the only access is by taxi, so you have to add that fare to the hotel price. It is however acceptable

It's about an 8-minute walk to the nearby tram stop, making it easy to explore the city center. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all speak great English, which is a bonus for international travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with big bathrooms that are a pleasant surprise. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay is impressive, with a variety of cold meats, cheese, eggs.
Not a single aspect of our stay at this hotel could be improved.

It is a great hotel with fully comfortable big rooms. The hotel is very close to the city centre (5minutes by car) with easy of access to all tourist attraction.
According to a promise with free wi-fi internet in all rooms, the internet just work in the corridors and 2metres around of wi-fi router.

We chose this hotel because it has easy access by car and free parking, a real advantage if you are touring by car. Travel into the Old Town is relatively easy - bus plus a walk of about 500m or a similar effort by tram, taking about 20 mins in total. The staff were very helpful in giving local directions and advice. The hotel restaurant is a good option if you don't want to go into the city.
Be careful which room you get - ours was very small but there are larger ones at not much greater cost.
